Exterior Sunscreens are the most energy efficient window coverings system available, blocking up to 88% of solar radiation.
Arquati systems carry the highest fire rating - NFPA 701.
The Arquati SL 103 system can accomodate widths and lenghts up to 144". Uses cable guides. This system is ideal for exterior application using heavier outdoor fabrics.
The Arquati SL 103 with shy zip system is based upon the SL 103 system. Through a patented process, a "zipper" is laminated to the fabric edge, locking the fabric in for superior stability in excessive winds.
Exterior Sunscreeens can be ordered as:
- Manual with a detachable crank handle.
- Motorized with Somfy RTS AC and Somfy AC motors and a remote control.
- Motorized with Somfy RTS AC and Somfy AC motors with a remote control, sun and wind sensors.
Sun Sensor: You can order sunscreens with sun sensors that will lower the shades based on how much sun is coming in the windows. It's a great choice if you want to protect your furnishings from UV damage.
Wind Sensor: It will raise your shades automaticaly when the wind picks up.
